The sooner you submit the completed form, the sooner we get to work! One of our designers will respond to you within one business day with an approximate time to deliver your design concepts. If you submit THE LOGO RX FORM ONLINE and don't receive an email from someone on our team, please reach out to us and make sure it was scheduled. The idea proofs are typically 3-5 business days from receiving your completed form.
HOW DO I KNOW WHETHER THE LOGO RX IS RIGHT FOR ME?

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE TWO LOGO RX OPTIONS?
The big difference between the two options is that THE LOGO RX +BRAND has an additional set of items included besides your logo. A favicon, color palette with your hex numbers listed, font list*, imagery ideas, and various versions of your logo including but not limited to, a white png that can be used on dark colors. Above is the detailed list of what is included with each of the two options.
CAN I WRITE THIS OFF AS A BUSINESS EXPENSE?
ABSOLUTELY! Marketing or however you or your accountant may classify it, logos, and branding are a legitimate part of your business expense.
Soapbox Studio, Inc. is an S-corp, which typically you or your accountant will not have to issue a 1099 for an S-corp.
WHAT'S THE INVESTMENT?
THE LOGO RX will be offered at $297, and THE LOGO RX +BRAND is offered at $497.
Payment is due immediately, and we do not have any payment plan options. "Soapbox Studio Inc" is what shows up on your credit card or payment service of choice.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Although our policy is no refunds, we ensure to work diligently to design a logo you love. Contact us if you have any issues with the logo or brand guide you have received at support@soapboxstudio.com. We at Soapbox Studio want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your branding.
